Meghan’s Musings

Hello, welcome to ChrysN’Bits boarding blog. 

Today I will be introducing the ChrysN’Bits family and, and tell you a bit about what we do hoping you will join us in your future horse adventures. We have 13 acres and 22 stalls. The stalls are 12x12 and matted. We want your horses comfy so we also have turn-outs available. 

We are local to Texas and we are family owned. We make sure the stalls are clean for your horses' use. We also make sure water is clean. We would like people like colleges and rodeo teams, jumpers and eventers, and 4 H'ers.  Two goals we have are that we would like to have a professional trainer and an arena. Our mission is to keep boarding and training affordable. We want good ownership and horsemanship.  Now I will introduce the family.

Chrys is an owner. She is a horse lover with over 20 years of experience. More importantly, she is our mother and horse artist. She paints horses, I mean. 

Robert is also an owner. He married a horse girl (Chrys). He is an Air Force veteran and is our bookkeeper and paperwork guy. 

My step-brother Zach is on staff. He is 17 yrs old and will be going to ACU next year. He does the heavy lifting around the ranch.

Isaiah is my other step-brother. He is on staff and is 15yrs old. He wants to be a forensic detective and also does a lot of the heavy lifting work like cleaning stalls.

Ahne is my older sister. She is 13, almost 14, and wants to be a marine biologist. She does our media and design work and helps around the ranch. 

And last but certainly not least, Meghan, me. I am 10 years old and very soon to be 11. I want to be an English teacher. I help out around the ranch as much as I can and also work as our Reporter and Blogger (duh).
